A grape sized amount provides the 360mg recommended daily dose of magnesium your body needs (for adults and children over 9 years old. For children younger than this, a pea sized amount is sufficient).

How to Use:
Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For young children apply a pea sized amount only and often just the feet is enough. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.
